The automotive industry is a traditional industry; sluggish and fragmented. But it is also an industry that is increasingly changing to be relevant and meet new consumer needs. Through a modern marketplace, Carla creates conditions for the first functioning marketplace for electric cars in Sweden.

Solution

The new brand is based upon the fact that Carla makes big decisions into obvious choices by providing an easier and more modern way of getting or selling an electric car, no matter your starting point. A brand strategy, tone of voice and messaging hierarchy was developed, followed by a full visual identity with a design focusing on finding a playful and modern feeling but with just enough rigidity and seriousness to establish Carla as the obvious choice for buying electric vehicles.
